Viewing pdf files with Adobe Acroread

The Easy Way

Execute the command "cp /usr/local/lib/netscape/mailcap ~/.mailcap" and restart Netscape. Alternatively, do the first three items under the hard way section, wait until netscape finishes re-reading your .mailcap file, then click the OK buttons. This may not work with file types other than pdf files.
