uplsrch file.upl
uplsrch will search a DYANA .upl file for restraints to a specific atom or residue.
After starting uplsrch, enter the name of the upl file and atom or residue specification in the appropriate text boxes. The search is started either by hitting a RETURN in the atom box or by clicking on the "Search" button.
uplsrch is really just a graphical front-end to the limitsrch command.
Atoms may be specified in the same residue_number.atom_name format that NMRView uses. The case of the atom specification is not significant; that is, "hn", "HN", "hN" and "Hn" are all the same to uplsrch.
There is no provision for compound queries.
