keepless: keep DIANA structures with penalies less than a specified amount (obsolete)

Note: keepless is largely obsolete now that DYANA can sort based on penalty and only save the n structures with the lowest penalty.

Usage:

keepless ovw_file_spec max_penalty destination_dir

Description:

best test.ovw 0.5 temp_dir saves to the directory temp_dir the structures whose names are test???.cor and test???.ang with penalties less than 0.5, the information on which structures have what penalty comes from test.ovw.
