drst: graphical utility to write DIANA limit files

Note: best is largely obsolete now that DYANA does not have the rigid format requirements for limit files that DIANA does.

Usage:

drst [-x]
-x is used to suppress the display of the sequence in the data entry window. Molecules with long sequences may take up too much space on the screen.

Description:

drst is a graphical utility to assist in the creation of appropriately formatted DIANA restraint files. All data is appended to any existing .upl or .lol files. There is no provision for adding restraints to the middle of limit files (other than the use of a text editor).

TAB is used to move from file to field in the data entry form. SHIFT-ENTER is used to write the current data to the limit files.
