di2tbl [-u] file.upl [> file.tbl]
di2tbl takes a dyana upper/lower limit file and prints out a list of strong NOEs, including the symmetric (not actually in the file) restraint; i.e. 34HN-35HN also prints 35HN-34HN.
Output is in tab separated format sorted by residue number unless the -u option is specified, in which case the output is in the same order as the input with the symmetric restraint immediately following the original restraint.
The output is grouped into 3 sections, one each for the nh-nh, ha-nh and ha-ha. This is intended to assist in helping to identify the patterns of secondary structure NOEs.
The test for whether or not an atom is a "alpha" was written such that it returns true for glycine HAs and QAs, and also for proline HDs and QDs.
