cor2pdb: convert DYANA .cor files to PDB format

Usage:

cor2pdb file1.cor [file2.cor ...]

Description:

cor2pdb takes one or more .cor files from DYANA and converts them to Brookhaven PDB format. New files are created that have the same basename as the original files, but with the .cor extension changed to .pdb.

Example:

cobalt% cor2pdb file1.cor file2.cor
cobalt% ls file*
file1.cor   file1.pdb   file2.cor   file2.pdb
