calcrms: calculates the average pairwise rmsd for a family of structures

Usage:

calcrms file.rms

Description:

calcrms takes a .rms file produced using either mterm or midas.tty and calculates the average rmsd for the family of structures. See mterm page and the superposition how-to for how to generate the .rms file.
