best: keep the best n DIANA structures (obsolete)

Note: best is largely obsolete now that DYANA can sort based on penalty and only save the n structures with the lowest penalty.

Usage:

best [# of structure to keep] prefix summary_file

Description:

best 15 test test.ovw saves the best 15 structures from the test???.cor and test???.ang series, with the numbers to fill in the ??? gotten from the test.ovw file.
