uplsrch [ upl_file atom ]
limitsrch upl_file atom
uplsrch searches a DYANA/DIANA style restraint file for restraints to a specified atom. If either upl_file or atom are not given to uplsrch, a window containing places to enter upl_file and atom and view the restraints is created. Hitting the return key or clicking on the "Search" button performs the search. Clicking the "Done" button removes the uplsrch window.
If both upl_file and atom are given to uplsrch, the graphical interface is not started. The upl_file is searched for atom and the restraints are printed in the nv3 console window. This is exactly equivalent to executing limitsrch upl_file atom.
Note that both upl_file and atom are required for limitsrch, but are optional for limitsrch.
