mkasn: copy assignments from a peak list to the assignment table
Usage:
mkasn peaklist
Description:
mkasn copies chemical shift assignments from the peaks
in a peaklist into the chemical shift table. If more than one entry for
a given atom is in the peaklist, the average of the multiple entries is
used.
