getlim / setlim: copy the limits from one window to another

Usage:

getlim

setlim

Description:

getlim copies the drawing limits for the active window for later pasting into another limit. Only the limits are transfered, not the contour levels, peak lists, etc. If those are needed, then wrwin and rdwin should be used.
