getppm: gets the chemical shift of an atom from a peaklist or the assignment table

Usage:

getppm atom [ list ]

Description:

getppm will search list for the chemical shift of atom. If atom is not found in the list, the chemical shift table is searched. When list is not specified, the peaklist that is displayed in the currently active window is searched.

Examples:

getppm 17.ha will search the peak list for the active window for an assignment for 17.ha, if that is not found, the chemical shift table will be searched.

getppm 17.ha hmqc will search the peak list called hmqc for an assignment for 17.ha, if that is not found, the chemical shift table will be searched.
